WILL MY TICKET BE MAILED?

No, it will not. All tickets are virtual and will be received via email to you for download. You will show your downloadable ticket at the expo entrance. The gate workers will then provide you with a wristband. The wristband will be for entry for both expo days so please keep your wristband on. If it’s easier for you to have a physical copy of your tickets, please print them off and present them at the gate.

The expo will be held rain or shine. No refunds are allowed.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON TICKETS?

Unfortunately, we absolutely do not offer any refunds on ticket sales.

Absolutely no exceptions. Please do not email us with a refund request unless there was an error on your order (such as a duplicate purchase)

Please do not purchase tickets unless you are certain you will be able to attend or you are comfortable with not getting a refund if something comes up and you cannot attend. Please understand that when we coordinate the expo we do so based on ticket sales. We try to keep the Okie Homesteading Expo as budget-friendly as possible and are fighting not to have to raise costs while our prices to host it are skyrocketing. This means we need the guaranteed pre-sales to ensure we can make the event possible.

WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELLED IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?

No, the Okie Homesteading Expo is a rain or shine event! Please dress accordingly.

The Show Barn Arena is an OPEN-AIR livestock pavilion. The Okie Homesteading Expo is an indoor/outdoor event. Nice Indoor Bathroom facilities are available throughout the fairgrounds facility & Port-A-Potties as well.

IS THE FACILITY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the Facility is handicap accessible. There is no equipment available to rent on site such as scooters, etc. There are a limited amount of handicap parking spots. See event map for details.

Attendees with a valid wristband will be allowed to re-enter.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD?

Food trucks will be available on site. You are certainly welcome to bring your own food, however, we ask that you leave coolers inside your vehicles. No alcohol permitted on site. There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive of the fairgrounds also.

Seating is provided in the speaker areas but you are welcome to bring your own chairs if you would like.

CHILDREN

Children should not be left unsupervised. If your children are patient enough to sit through one to one and a half hour presentations without disrupting other attendees then we would love for them to come learn alongside you. (Children left to play in close proximity to speaking areas need to keep noise level/playing down in consideration of attendees trying to listen) We will have a Kids Korner available with limited free activities for children but parents will need to be nearby. There will also be a petting zoo, pony rides & barrel train ride available for an additional fee.

VIDEO & PHOTOS:

Please feel free to take photos & video. We just ask that you're respectful of those trying to watch & listen to the presentations.

WILL THERE BE LIVE STREAMING OR VIDEOS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OF THE SESSIONS?

No we will not be live-streaming full sessions or have videos available to purchase. While we understand that some are unable to make it, the expo can best be experienced in person where you can experience the true comradery & patriotism that defines the overall feel of the Okie Homesteading Expo.

There normally are a lot of YouTubers & Social Media Influencers that do video during the expo & take pics each year. Just Google Okie Homesteading Expo or go to YouTube and you should be able to find these videos.

We do NOT approve of individuals or businesses selling copies of any of the sessions!
